Established in 2004, Steadberry is a privately owned business with nationwide coverage and a turnover of £15 million (2022), with over 50 directly employed staff.

Its shareholders are full time working directors; which means that we have genuine ‘ownership’ of our work at every stage. Our strength lies in the work ethos, ability and commitment of our staff, supplemented by our well-established supply chain partners and cutting-edge web-based tools.

Sustainability

Steadberry works closely in partnership with its clients to ensure synergy with their own ESG and Net Zero goals.

Notwithstanding this, Steadberry is itself a PAS 2060 carbon neutral business and holds ISO 14001 Environmental registration. We are also working towards Net Zero in the next 2 years.

Health & Safety

The health & safety of our stakeholders is fundamental to our culture. We ALWAYS place Heath & Safety at the top of the agenda and hold ISO 18001 registration. In addition to this, we are accredited with SMAS, SAFE Contractor, Constructionline and CHAS.

All applicable staff hold CITB CSCS cards. We regularly review and update training and toolbox talks to ensure our staff are equipped to complete their work confidently and safely.
